They were dealing with a clay sewer line that is 104 years old with many interventions over the years. The excavation required was about 7 feet down and they fixed with a combination of new pipe and lining the remaining clay. All done in a very reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price! Everyone was courteous and efficient and I highly recommend them for anything requiring this kind of work. I put in a request with my home warranty service (American Home Shield) to address a clogged shower drain and was dismayed to see that the first vendor they assigned had consistently awful reviews. It was an uphill battle to get them to assign a different vendor, but I’m so glad I persisted because Dan’s Drains and Digs (AKA Clarey Construction?) did a great job. They reached out to me right away to schedule the job. The office staff was super professional and efficient. So was Donnie, the tech, who came out the very next day and got the job done in a matter of minutes.
The plumber, named Adam, did an absolutely amazing job. He was quick, kind, knowledgeable and understood how to solve the problem. They didn’t charge us a crazy expensive amount and even gave recommendations to help save some money while not losing quality. I will be using this company again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing service.
I was worried after 3 separate plumbers failed to be able to fix our stopped up drain in the basement. Dan’s Drain crew came out the next day and we were certain major demo in concrete was going to have to happen but INSTEAD they pulled out crazy things from the drain and all within a few hours getting us fixed and going. Absolutely would recommend them. They were great to work with!
